REIKI

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing art designed to work on your mental,physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Reiki helps to clear out the seven major chakras often resulting in a decrease in stress, anxiety, and depression as well as many other benefits. *Please allow 90 minutes for your session.

SOUND BATH

A Sound Bath is an immersive, full-body experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture the mind, body, and spirit. 
The experience begins with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and an eye mask. After a few minutes of guided meditation breath work, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies being introduced in succession. The sounds are created by a variety of instruments including tuning forks, gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and voice.

SOUL YOGA

Are you ready to let go of what no longer serves you? Allow us to introduce Soul Yoga. This yoga class is unlike any yoga class you’ve been to. Class starts with an energetic self evaluation, followed by a guided meditation, and some stretching. Then the party starts. Focusing on specific chakras students begin to release energetic blockages using dance. This class is our favorite way to let loose, let go, and allow yourself to heal. No experience necessary. Come as you are.

SELF CENTERED

We spend so much time in our heads. This class teaches us to come home to our bodies and start to become aware of our individual power and resonance. Exploring a variety of modalities including, Kundalini, Qi Gong, Pranayama, and ho'oponopono students can become in tune with their bodies, feeling the power and flow of their own energy and facilitate their own healing process of mind, body, and spirit. No experience necessary. Come as you are.

YOGA FOR PEOPLE WHO DON’T DO YOGA

This beginner class gently introduces yoga to new students. This class utilizes props including blocks, straps, blankets and many other modifications designed to ease you into your own love for yoga practice. No experience necessary. Come as you are.
